My top tip for handling work stress
Feeling stressed or burned out by work?
This simple strategy of spending just 10mins a day in a green space could help you cope day to day.
I used to do this every lunchtime when I worked in a busy city office in North London.
Every day I would pop over the road to a small park, or just walk round the block to feel the sun on my face and have a nosey into the front gardens of local residents!
It really helped me manage the physical and mental stress I felt at the time.
